Launching Walker Beckett Mortgages Ltd new website

At last we can announce that we have launched a new website for Walker Beckett Mortgages Ltd. As part of the UK’s financial services industry, Walker Beckett are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Its role includes protecting consumers, keeping the industry stable, and promoting healthy competition between financial service providers.

This means that before publishing any printed materials or online information, all content is confidential, and has to be checked and approved by the FCA. We have learnt a great deal throughout this process and have been given confidence in this sector as a whole.

It has been a pleasure to work with Stacy Walker and Steve Beckett designing a wide range of media including, promotional/legal literature, stationary, business cards, social channels and of course their website. We would like to wish them every success in their new business adventure. When Stacy and Steve say: “We work for you and NOT the lender” they really do mean it!

Kingdomedia has been busy creating various Christmas printed promotions, for a variety of community based organisations, in time for all the festive activities that are about to take place.

It’s always good to start early on these kind of promotional items so that advertising can begin as soon as possible. We don’t like to publish this kind of news until at least December. And we don’t mind being called old-fasioned!

Interior signage refresh for Interchange Cafe

Working in collaboration with the Display Link, Kingdomedia have designed a new range of signs and displays for the Interchange Cafe, in the Rotherham Bus Interchange, South Yorkshire. The main brief was to better promote their products and make their menu much easier to follow.

These promotional items included: menu boards, window vinyls, freestanding point of sale cutouts, ‘A’ boards and customised stickers. We especially enjoyed creating the additional illustrations to enhance the look of the overall display.

Website launch for Warmglaze Windows, Doors & Conservatories

Branding, Design and Print, New Website Launch

Another mini-website has been launched for new start-up business Warmglaze Windows and Conservatories. Although these guys have been in the business for over 30 years they have decided to launch out by themselves and have taken advantage of our affordable mini-website design and build package for start-up businesses, handy for that initial time when budgets can be tight.

A mini-website is a great option if you have a small or new business/organisation (or product) which you need to launch fast. With the same quality of design and build as a full website, your website can evolve as your organisation grows. Coupled with a ‘Monthly Maintenance Contract’, the News blog section also grows, ensuring that your website’s content remains attractive to Google.

Preview of new Cafe Connect branding by Kingdomedia

Here is a sneak preview of the new Identity and branding, which Kingdom Creative Media UK was recently asked to create for a new Community Cafe in Birkenhead. This social-enterprise project is to be known as Cafe Connect and is there to serve the community.

As well as creating their new brand, Kingdomedia have also designed and supplied a variety of graphics in the form of banners for directional signage and promotional ‘A’ Boards. For phase two Kingdomedia is looking forward to producing Frosted Window Graphics and more promotional signage.

Kingdomedia have done such an amazing job of the logo and banner. So glad I pestered my dad to talk to you 🙂

So Christmas is almost here!

As you can see we have been busy helping a variety of organisations get their Christmas printed promotional literature out in time for all the festive activities that are beginning to take place.

We start early on these kind of jobs so that advertising can begin as soon as possible for these events, many of which help to support local good causes. We have held back showing you until now however as we wanted to wait until it was at least December!

Publishing books is more affordable than you might think

Book Publishing, Design and Print

We have published a variety of books over the years. Here is a small 40 page publication which we designed and produced to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of Liberty Church Rotherham.

To give it that extra special touch the book is finished with a velvet laminate cover. In keeping with the work we completed for the exhibition in May (see previous blog post) the book is complete with the same ‘look’ and branding.

We can produce a minimum quantity of 25 copies of any book although the cost per unit starts to reduce for quantities of 200 upwards.

Yes, PRINT is still not dead!

Although we spend much of our time designing for online marketing media, we still receive regular requests for promotional printed materials. So the answer is yes, print is very much alive and still has it’s part to play in any organisations marketing mix of media.

Here are a few samples, of some of our recent design and print projects, for a variety of organisations and events. Quantities of such items vary from 100 to 3,000 copies, depending on the target audience. Here at Kingdom Creative Media, we still use traditional lithographic print presses, although in more recent times we seem to receive more requests for short run quantities, where high end digital presses ensure great value for money.

Getting in the Christmas spirit with Liberty

It’s that time of year again and it’s always a busy time for us in terms of designing Christmassy things. This time it’s for Liberty Church Rotherham, and Liberty Church Swinton, to advertise their upcoming Christmas events. We created a set of versatile postcards so that they are easy to hand out on the street, look good in a display at the church’s info point, and are easy to put in your back pocket. Keeping it simple with enough info to advertise the events and that little bit of Christmas cheer. Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas Grizzly is on the loose!!!

‘Bolsterstone Christmas Trees hire grizzly bear with the help of International Freight Solutions…’ …well, not quite, but we like a bit of fun at this time of year so we thought we would share in some festive fun with our friends at Bolsterstone.

We had fun designing and making ‘Grizzly Bear’ (4′ high from standing), a couple of signs and some promotional flyers to advertise a bear hunt and Christmas tree sale.

A whole array of Christmas trees from 4ft to 40ft are now on sale in Bolsterstone, and of course tell your kids to watch out for grizzly bears on the loose!

Excalibur does the trick

What’s Excalibur? I hear you ask… Well it’s none other than one of our best quality, sturdy and double sided pull-up banner stands. Standing at 1 metre wide and 2 metres high our new design for Lost Chord on an Excalibur stand will be the perfect backdrop for some of Lost Chord’s musicians as they perform in places such as Meadowhall, and also for Lost Chord generally to promote themselves far and wide. Being built to last it’s the perfect advertising tool for them to take around wherever they go.

Happy 40th Birthday Maltby (Rother Valley) Lions!

Time to celebrate and we are joining in the celebrations with a 40th anniversary printed poster (2m long) for the local Lions at their upcoming Charter.

It’s been a privilege to support the Lions in their good work over the last 30 years and here at Kingdomedia we wish all the Lions past and present a very happy 40th birthday!

The Lions certainly know how to celebrate… they party as hard as they work, for so many amazing local causes.
